Privacy Policy
We are strictly against any kind of data abuse and unnecessary collection of your data. Thus we ensure that we only collect data we need to improve and fulfill our services correctly. You can ask us at any time what data of yours we have stored. Here is a detailed list which data we collect.
GENERALLY
In general we store your page views, your time of visit, your type of browser and your operating system each visit in order to make internal statistics, improve our offer and the website and to be able to locate errors. If you voluntarily send your data (like name, address etc) we only use your data to follow your interests.
AFTER A PURCHASE
After a purchase your name and your e-mail will be stored online in our database to create a customer account. You can change your name or delete your account at any time.
Your data (like your name, your address and your email address) which are sent to us automatically by paypal via e-mail as payment notification and via IPN after every purchase, will be stored at our system (not online) in order to verify and document the purchase.
However we do NEVER receive and save any sensitive data like credit-card information etc.
COOKIES
Furthermore, we are using so called cookies for the shopping cart, to save your prefered language, and to simplify the login to the customer area (when you have activated the "stay logged in" checkbox). Furthermore, cookies will be stored if you sign in for our board. You can disable or delete the cookies after your visit at any time in your browser.
DATA HANDLING
